OUR WORKSHOP

Our 500sqm state of the art Cairns engineering workshop is fully equipped to enable our skilled team to successfully complete complex marine repairs, rebuilds and precision engineering projects. Designed to support heavy marine diesel servicing, transmission rebuilds and custom fabrication, our facility houses specialised machining, hydraulic systems and diagnostic equipment, to ensure every job is completed to the highest industry standards. With wet glass bed blasting, milling machines, hydraulic presses and laser alignment technology, we provide a complete in-house solution for marine operators, shipyards and private vessels.

In addition to the advanced equipment and expertise we possess, our workshop is designed for efficiency and quality control. We have a dedicated, air-conditioned clean room for contamination free assembly work and advanced marine transmission test benches, to facilitate rigorous trials and testing of rebuilt transmissions prior to supply and installation. Every repair, refit and alignment is executed with precision and attention to detail, ensuring long lasting performance and reliability.
