Our team is driven by precision, innovation and a commitment to excellence. Collectively, we have decades of experience in all aspects of heavy marine diesel engineering and transmissions. We are led from the front by owner and managing director Mark Rathbone, who has over 35 years’ experience as a heavy equipment diesel fitter and there’s two apprentice diesel fitters, Baden Rathbone and Kade Dupuy. Angela Rathbone manages compliance and HWE and Margaret Rathbone is office manager.
